SRINAGAR — In two South Kashmir districts gunfights rage between militants and government forces on Saturday.
According to reports, two gunfights broke out in Hadipora village of Kulgam and Semthan Bijbehara in Anantnag.
At Hadipora Kulgam, a joint team of police and army’s 34 RR launched a cordon-and-search-operation which eventually initiated a gunfight.
Another gunfight is said to be underway between militants and government forces in Semthan Bijbehara area of Anantnag district.
