Kashmir records 509 fresh COVID-19 cases, tally crosses 34,000

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir reported 704 new cases of covid-19 on Wednesday, including 96 travelers, bringing the total number in the region to 34,480.

Of these cases, 195 were from the Division Division and 509 were from the Kashmir Valley.

Giving the district wise breakup of cases Srinagar reported 198, Baramora 16, Pulwama 55,

Budgam 64, Anantnag 47, Kulgam 9, Shopian 9, Kupwara 49, Bandipora 22, Ganderbal 40, Chamu 98

Laguri 17, Katuya 27, Udhampur 15, Ramban 3, Samba 12, Toda 7, Ponzi 7 and Kishwar 9

At the same time, another 599 COVID-19 patients recovered and were discharged from multiple hospitals-126 patients from the Cha Jam branch and 473 patients from the Kashmir Valley.
