Saudi man offers to marry Amber Heard as she loses Johnny Depp trial, says ‘I am better than that old man’

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s defamation trial ended recently, and several interesting instances from the hearing made headlines. The six-week-long trial was held in Fairfax, Virginia, and Depp won the $50 million case.

In a bizzare turn of events, a Saudi man has now offered to marry Amber after the actress lost the case. He sent a voice note to her official Instagram account and called himself better than ‘old man’ Johnny Depp. He said that Amber should marry him since she has nothing left now.

For the uninitiated, Johnny Depp sued Amber Heard for defamation regarding an op-ed, which was published in the Washington Post in 2018, where she called herself a domestic abuse survivor. Even though she didn’t name Depp, his legal team had claimed a $50 million compensation payment.

Now that Depp won the case, a Saudi man has offered to marry her. In a voice note posted on the actress’s official Instagram account, the Saudi man promises to fill her life with joy and happiness.

“Amber since all doors are closing on you, you have no one except me to take care of you. I’ve noticed that some people hate and bully you, therefore, I decided to marry you. May Allah bless us both. You are a blessing, but people don’t appreciate that. I am better than that old man,” he says in the voice note. The voice note has now gone viral on social media.
