Pulwama: Government Higher Secondary School Pinglena Pulwama today celebrated its Annual Day function.
Village Head (Nambardar) and Sarpanch of the village were among the guests who were present on the occasion.
On the occasion, various cultural programmes were presented by the students of the institution.
Principal of the school, Mr Bashir Ahmad while talking to The Kashmir Radar said, “This is the first annual day function of the school. The event was organized as per the guidelines of Directorate of School Education Kashmir.”
He further said that the school lacks a concrete wall which leads to indiscipline in the school. He requested to the local authorities including DC Pulwama to help the school staff in building a concrete wall so that education of school children continues unhindered.
