Ganderbal: Taking strict cognizance of directions of higher authorities, Tehsildar Ganderbal Dr Sheikh Salahu ud Din continues with anti-encroachment drive to remove encroachments from state/ Kahcharie land in the Tehsil.
During the drive, about 08 kanals of state and Kahcharie land were retrieved from the encroachers at Pandach area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
The said land is adjacent to road, so high valued.Tehsildar said that the drive for removing encroachments would continue in the other encroached areas till the whole encroached land is retrieved.
Tehsildar advised the people to remove the encroachments from state /kahcharie land on their own otherwise strict action would be initiated against them.
All the patwaries were asked to immediately bring any incidence of future encroachments into the notice of Tehsil administration.
People have once again hailed the action taken by the Tehsildar Ganderbal and hope such action shall continue in future. Speaking on the occasion Tehsildar sahib reiterated that action/drive will continue in future and no one will be spade from such action who has encroached the land. We have developed a strategy for the removal of state /kahcharie land and we are working on it.
