Jio Customers In Dompora Area Of Shopian Aghast Over Poor Connectivity

Jio consumers in village Dompora of district Shopian are facing inconvenience as towers installed in the area stop working soon after the electricity goes off.
Locals said that they are facing tough times in terms of network since more than a year and despite repeated requests their demands were not met.
“The network in our area unfortunately relies completely on electricity, once the electricity goes off, our mobile phones stop working. The world is progressing at a faster pace and our service providers are yet to install a generator to make the mobile towers functional in case of no electricity.” Said Tarir Ahmad, a local resident.
“Despite repeated requests to Jio service providers, as most of the people in the area have opted for Jio services, the company never took our problems seriously. If they don’t take steps, we will have no option but to change to another service provider,” said Mushtaq Ahmad, an annoyed consumer.
