Missing girl from Lolab releases video, appeals public not to make her videos viral
A girl from Lolab who had gone missing earlier this week released a video appealing public not to make her videos viral which she had made on tik tok.
Parents of the girl had taken to social media to appeal the public to find their missing daughter when had not returned her home till late evening.
Netizens dug out the videos of the girl from an entertainment app “tiktok” and started making them viral with the caption, “the girl who was making videos on tiktok is missing.”
The internet was flooded by her videos with some people calling her by names and shaming her for making videos on tiktok. While some people called it a mere publicity stunt.
On Sunday evening, the whole story took a U-turn when the missing girl released her video and claimed that she had never good missing and that she had visited her friends home without informing her parents, because she had a verbal duel with her parents before leaving her home.
“When I found my videos viral on internet and people reporting me as missing, I immediately called my parents and informed them that I was safe with my female friend.” Said the girl in the video.
“I appeal the masses not to make the videos which I had made me tiktok viral, I was a kid then, I am not using tiktok now and I pledge, I wont use any kind of social media now.” Said the girl while apologising to the public.
