Pulwama: Showing no signs of improvement, the inclement weather conditions in the state have again exposed the incompetent Power Development Department in the state.

Twelve inches of snow has visibly not damaged the transmission lines but the electricity is off the wires since past fourteen hours or more in most of the areas.
The concerned department should have by now informed all the employees concerned to repair the damage if any in their respective areas but alas! Such a process is to yet to take off.
“We pay the fee but for nothing” said Nazir Bhat who expressed anguish over the sad state of affairs of the concerned department.
