In a very bizzare incident, a teacher namely Imtiyaz Ahmad working in government middle school Buchoo in Patan area of district Baramulla bit off his colleague’s ear during an argument in the school.
Zonal Education Officer of the area while talking to media said that, both the teachers were busy in preparation for the enrollment drive and during an argument one teacher namely Imtiyaz Ahmad went a step ahead and bit off the ear of his colleague.
A case has been registered against the accused teacher in the local police station, while chief education officer Baramulla has initiated an enquiry into the matter.
Meanwhile, the injured teacher has been admitted in a nearby hospital for further treatment.
