Violation of court orders: HC seeks personal appearance of Director Colleges J&K
The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir has sought personal appearance of Director Colleges Jammu and Kashmir for not utilizing the services of college contractual teachers.
Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey while dealing with a contempt petition filed by college Accadamic arrangement teachers seeking implementation of court orders said Director Colleges Pirzada Mohammad Yusuf shall appear before the court on April 12 and ensure that college Accadamic arrangement teachers are not stopped from entering the college premises.
The college Accadamic arrangement teachers of Kashmir province had filed a petition that they are not being allowed to dispense their duties despite the clear directions from the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir.
Accadamic arrangement college teachers also requested Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Advisor Higher Education Department to look into the matter.
