With millions of kashmiri Facebook journalists hitting the streets for lack of space on Facebook, the Tech giant has now decided to cede 0.5 percent of its space to Kashmir, to full fill the demands of genre-less kashmiri Facebook Journalishts (journalists in English).
A Facebook team having expertise in K- Facebook algorithm while talking to ‘The ChilaiKalan News’ said that they have finally decided to set out a separate piece of Facebook for Kashmir which will have no connections with the original one.
Terming the move as ‘Hishtoric’ (historic in English), the President of the ‘kashmiri Facebook journalists association’ Mr. Wuzmal Khan said that it took them more than seven years of yelling and spreading fake news on Facebook to achieve this feat.
“I have no words to express my words because the words which I will express will express my opinion in an expressive way and our protest on Srinagar expressway itself expressed our demand.” Said the ‘personal journalist’ of Deputy Sarpanch Lysar Rafiabad.
It is pertinent to mention that 98% of fake news spread on Facebook comes from Kashmir alone and it is this remarkable achievement which forced Facebook to finally give up.
