Pulwama: The tournament that started last month in Panzoo village of Tral Pulwama saw participation of 16 teams from various areas of the Tral sub district.
In the final match, Batagund XI defeated Kuchmulla Kangaroos by forty runs.
Aadil Ahmad was declared man of the match as well as man of the series for his brilliant all round performance, throughout the tournament.
On the occasion, the organisers and other participants have congratulated the winning as well as running teams for maintaining discipline during the final.
One of the organisers said that such tournaments will be conducted in future as well to encourage the local cricketers of Tral sub district.
