Pulwama: In a remarkable display of commitment and leadership, Gulzar Ahmad Dar, the newly appointed Lumberdar of Talangam village in Pulwama district, has revolutionized the grassroots functioning in his area.
Since taking office, Gulzar has been tirelessly working to improve the lives of his fellow villagers, earning him the title of a “superhero” in the eyes of the locals.
Gulzar’s initiatives have been diverse and impactful. He ensures timely notification to villagers about water supply, leads cleaning drives in lanes and bylanes, and even beautifies local graveyards by removing weeds and debris.
